Report a Vending Machine Malfunction
PANTHERCASH IS CURRENTLY NOT ACCEPTED ON VENDING MACHINES. WE ARE WORKING TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AND EXPECT PANTHERCASH TO BE ACCEPTED SOON. THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE.
Please note that all refund requests over $5.00 are subject to an investigation and can take up to five business days. To receive a refund due to a malfunctioning vending machine, please do the following:
- Identify your vending machine number which is located on a sticker on the front of the malfunctioning vending machine.
- Enter the information in the vending malfunction form below including your PantherCard I.D. Number.
- Visit a refund location near you, and bring a copy of a government issued I.D. and the confirmation web page you receive after the form below is submitted.
