Consistent with our mission statement, our vision in Auxiliary and Support Services is to provide high quality services, in a professional manner, caring for the needs of our many customers and constituents at Georgia State University, in ways that positively impact the quality of campus life. In fulfilling this vision, we are committed to working closely together as a team, allocating our resources effectively, and keeping ever before us the 
distinctions of excellence, professionalism, and caring for the needs of others in our services to them. In serving our customers and constituents, we are dedicated to the 
importance of providing for their needs on campus and supporting the overarching Georgia State University mission of teaching, research, and public service.

Our ambition within Auxiliary and Support Services is to serve as we would like to be served, viewing our mission from the vantage point of the customer’s perspective. Our vision requires commitments from all of us to continually challenge ourselves to become better at what we do and to routinely question the way that we do things, while seeking ways to improve them. As we work to fulfill our vision, we do so in an atmosphere that encourages innovation and creativity, practicing openness in communications, engaging ourselves with passion, enthusiasm, commitment, and team spirit. In working together as a team, we are aware of the importance of respect for others, recognition and rewards for jobs well done, and collectively sharing in our successes, as we work in unity in achieving our mutual goals and objectives.
