Vending machines are conveniently located throughout all Georgia State campuses. Our machines are stocked with most national brands of candy, chips, cookies, nuts and much more. If your Credit or Debit account shows a higher dollar amount than your purchase, this is a pre-authorization hold. Your actual purchase amount will replace the hold within three business days. If your item did not dispense, the hold should be removed within 3 business days. Please proceed if you still require a refund.

Complete the Vending Issue form below. Once you receive your electronic confirmation, present it to the Cashier Office for a cash refund of your purchase amount (not the pre-authorized hold amount).

- Machine Number listed on the Blue QR Code Label (if no sticker, use the QR Code on the nearest vending machine)
